 Q.  Will GG Logistics deliver my goods today?

A.  Yes.  As we specialise in same day deliveries, your goods will be on a dedicated vehicle that will go directly and immediately to the destination address.

 Q.  Will GG Logistics let me know when my goods are delivered?

A.  Yes.  We will telephone you upon delivery with a proof of delivery (pod) and e-mail or post a copy at your request.  Account customers will receive copies with their invoices.

 Q.  Will GG Logistics inform me of any delays?

A.  Yes.  We will telephone you at the earliest opportunity if there are any delays.

 Q.  Does GG Logistics have an out of hours service?

A.  Yes.  We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

 Q.  What geographical area does GG Logistics cover?

A.  We cover the whole of the UK and are pledge is to collect anywhere within an hour of your call.

 Q.  Does GG Logistics carry fragile goods?

 Q.  Does GG Logistics have a maximum consignment size and/or weight?

A.  No.  We can provide any vehicle from a motorbike upto a 7.5t lorry.  We can, if required, source larger lorries by special request.
